Founded in 1995, QSS began by offering specialized quantity surveying services to firms and contractors. In 2009, we officially became a registered Professional Quantity Surveying and Project Management Practice.
We now deliver professional construction cost management and project delivery services both locally in South Africa and abroad. We combine our strong Eastern Cape roots with a commitment to reliable expertise, efficient project oversight, and results-driven support for every client.

Pacific Adjusters provides expert insurance claims assessment and loss adjusting services across the Eastern Cape and beyond, specializing in complex building losses.
We serve on a variety of assessment panels, including Santam (GIT and Complex Claims), Legal & General, Bryte, Brolink, Hollard, Old Mutual Insure, and Mutual & Federal – handling general, storm, fire, burglary, theft, liability, accidental damage, and complex building claims. Additional work comes from brokers, smaller insurers, and claims handling companies.
Based in East London, we serve the entire Eastern Cape, including the former Transkei and Ciskei regions. Satellite offices in Howick (KZN) and Jeffreys Bay (EC) expand our reach, staffed with experienced insurance assessors.
Our specialization in complex building claims is backed by the technical expertise of our sister company, QSS Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
